Ingredients.
175g brown sugar
120g butter
1 egg
4tbsp of golden syrup
2 tsp ginger powder
1 1/2 tsp bicarbonate
350g flour
Method.
Heat oven 180 degrees celsius.
mix all ingredients together. low speed.
roll out dough 0.5cm thick.
cut them out using a cutter.
bake them for like 18-20mins.
